To Place as Order:
Just click on an item, add it to your cart and throw it on your card.
If you don't want to charge it you can shoot us an e-mail and we can set it up so you can pay with paypal, money order, check, cash or cattle.
Shipping:
Unless specified we ship USPS Priority Mail or Parcel Post for most items, with wheels and bicycles going Fed-Ex. We are located in Boulder, CO. and will happily meet here in town rather than shipping items.
Once you receive your order send us a quick e-mail to let us know once your order arrives and let us know if anything is not satisfactory. Customer service is our priority, and we like to think that nobody can beat our personal touch. .
Returns:
If an item doesn't fit or isn't what you expected we will refund your initial payment, minus a 5% restocking fee. If an item is damaged we will fully refund your payment and/or apply a special credit to your account if you would prefer something else we have available.
